Ever wonder how detailers are booking back to back corrections and coatings..
While others do the same ol interior on a thrashed out 2013 Ford Explorer that hasn't seen a vacuum since 2013? If I can boil it down to two things, it would be sales and customer acquisition But here's the nuance - there's a huge difference between booking $200 ticket and booking $2,000 ticket They are NOT the same You'd be silly if you think someone is just going to call you up and book a thousand dollar detail That barely happens Booking someone at $200 for a full detail barely needs any sales, or customer acquisition strategies Throw up some posts on Facebook marketplace, local buy sell groups and yelp and off ya go What about high ticket (4 figure jobs)? It's a whole different ball of game Sales, market positioning, super nuanced targeting to niche markets, ad strategies etc Now, for the first time ever... I'm going to showing you a little behind the scenes of my paid consulting program on how I consult my clients on a recent coaching call on sales and customer acquisition strategies
Here's what I cover:
1) Disqualifying leads 2) Systemize sales process 3) Downsell 4) Reinvest with ads 5) Outbound strategy 6) Identifying the RIGHT market 7) Everlasting ads If you're ready to step up, scale your detailing business to book 10 - 50 correction and coating clients consistently every month all year round (and get away from everyday general, interior grimey soccer mum SUVs) - schedule your free strategy session here: Click here to schedule your 45-min strategy session now Talk soon, Yikhai Wong

I get this a question a lot...
"What's that ONE thing that made your business successful?" That's a freaking tough question to answer I always stumble to answer that question, man Like there are WAY too many words trying to come out of my mouth in one second There are a lot of factors to it From principles to discipline to strategies down to the click-by-click tactics But one thing I know for sure that attributes the MOST... That is the people you interact with on a daily basis See, when I first heard this saying: "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with" I thought that very cliché and it didn't make a whole bunch of sense And one day i realised.. You won't actually believe in something until people around you have believed it, or you've actually seen it in person Let's say.. (incoming super exaggerated example lol) Some random people in your neighbourhood told you they've seen a flying purple lion around You'll think they are crazy THEN, your friends starts telling you the same thing You think your friends have gone mental, but now you're slightly convinced it's actually true When you get home, your family in your house starts telling you the same thing NOW, you start fully believe this thing is real But you haven't even seen the goddamn flying purple lion dude! And you already have FULL belief that it exists See how powerful this is? What does flying purple lion have to do with detailing and business? Well, everything.. If you surround yourself with everyday people with mediocre (broke) mindset Not only you will stay mediocre... They will tell you $15k/month a one-man-band detail business is impossible And most likely you won't succeed Then, you will also compare yourself with everyday mediocre people to see HOW you're doing compared to them Which is a dead catastrophic if you're running a business If you compare yourself with averages, you will be average If you surround yourself with normal, you WILL be normal But if you surround yourself with millionaires, well chances are extremely high you will become a millionaire sooner or later Hence why I'm very aware of who I surround myself with To me, average or normal is NOT good enough That's why I compare myself and part of my circle of five people is 6-7-8-figure income producers And you should do it too The biggest factor that is helped me to succeed is: Environment, beliefs and clarity Back then, I was part of a detail group.. I saw a lot of people was booking $1000, $1,200, $3,000, even the highest was $20,000 ticket I could not believe it.. My jaws dropped (In before "who tf charges $20k for a detail job" - that detail job was a full resto/customise + PPF + coating, and yes you can charge $20k if you have your value and market aligned) My standard, belief and clarity raised overnight I was charging $250 for a "full detail" on freaking grimey interiors with dried up coffee If it wasn't for that group, i probably would've still be under the sun vacuuming pet hair and scrubbing interiors I want to create the SAME dynamic for detailers too, even stronger for those who signed up to work with me Hence why few months ago created a facebook group for detailers who wants to grow and set a new standard for themselves It's called "+/$100K Detailing 2.0™" It's free, but not everyone will be accepted as I uphold high standards for this group Join +/$100K Detailing 2.0 Facebook Group |
