Fastest Way To Grow Your Detailing Business To $10,000/month Is To Know Your Numbers

In business, numbers = everything

Without knowing your numbers, you're pretty much walking blind without a direction

It's the dashboard in your car, but for your business - you need to see which ones are in KPI and which ones are out of KPI and playing with the levers to grow it

It's like stepping on the accelerator and making your car go faster

Once you know your numbers, it's easy to work backwards to reach your goals

Example:

My goal is to make $10,000/month

Average customer value on cash is $1,000 (some package would be $500, some would be $2,000, let's make it $1,000 to simplify it)

I need 10 clients per month to make $10,000/month

And let's say if my call conversion rate sits at 20%

1 out of 5 people who enquire will book with me

Which means I need about 50 leads per month

50 leads per month, that's 1.67 leads per day, let's make it 2 per day

Generate 2 leads per day = I reach my goals of $10,000/month

Don't know about you but generating 2 leads a day is extremely easy

Once you have niched down to a unique market on your own, it's easy to target them

Seems very simple (because it is lol) but people seem to overcomplicate it and focusing on the wrong numbers..

Instead of getting more bookings, they focus on getting more likes on their page and the "image" of their business

They want more views, likes, and comments which don't bring any bookings

Facebook, fb live, instagram, insta story, insta live, snapchat, youtube, blog, networking, then partnering with other detailers who are doing the exact same thing

When do you actually detail and work on your craft?

You can see I don't do any of that and I have consistent high-paying clients since 2016 with volume - all because I focus ONLY on the things that move the needle in my business

The only metrics that matters and you NEED to know are

- Leads per day/week/month
- Cost per lead
- Call conversion rate
- Average customer value on cash (not lifetime value or revenue)
- Cost per customer acquisition
- Return on ad spend

The rest are just vanity metrics

e.g CPC, Likes, Comments, Impressions, Engagement, Followers, Views etc

Those numbers don't tell you anything and it doesn't bring you more bookings

I will gladly pay $1,000 for a click if I know for a certain that click is going to buy

You're running and growing a business. You're not trying to be famous.

If you are trying to be famous, blasting on social media all day is the way to go (and have your lunch eaten by your competitors who know their numbers 😉)

But for the winners who wants to make 6 figures - I have something for you

I help detailers book high-value clients consistently and grow their business to the 6-figure calibre by defining a unique market without competitors and implement targeted marketing and sales in 6 weeks through my Uplevel Detailing program

The actual running and growing the business side of detailing that no one really has talked about or even teach in this industry - especially in this new age of detailing where there's tons of competition and how to market yourself and not drown

I'm currently in taking only a couple more students for September and October. If you're serious about getting to the next level, let's talk
