Most businesses worry about their competitors, worry about their "image", their marketing videos, their website, how much they are charging/hour etc
It's all about them and not the clients Marketing just like is more fuel for your business.. If your car is running rough, it's misfiring and with a flat tyre - by adding more fuel won't help your car to run. You need to fix the actual problem to move forward You won't slap on an aftermarket turbo on your non-turbo car if you haven't upgrade your brakes and suspension unless you have a death wish If you can't manage 3 clients, you can't manage 30 If you can't deliver the results and make 3 clients happy with your work, the next 30 clients won't be happy with your work If you can't manage $3k/month, you can't manage $30k/month Same principles apply to your detailing business Without getting your foundations right, all your marketing efforts and ad spend will all go down the drain (Speaking from experience lol. Have spent more than $3k on ad spend in a week and not get a single sale. A painful thing to experience) Most detailing business don't have their foundations right and they start spending a bunch of money on ads and they wonder why they can't make it work Then they start relying on referrals and word-of-mouth, or what I call "hope and pray marketing" Having jobs booked out for a month looking at AMGs and Bentleys on Carsales, and then next month hits they are scraping the barrel with one-knee on the ground praying to 9 religious gods for the phone to ring The most important thing is the foundations of your business, especially if you want to scale and grow it. The foundations of your detailing business starts with: - What is my unique market to cut out from the competition instead of having the same message as everyone? (your niche) - Who are my ideal clients? - What's the highest value can I bring to them? - How do I price my detailing services based on value? (not per/hour. It's old, broken and rigid) - How am I delivering the service? Efficient? Do I need to work on my paint correction skills? Do i need to get onboard with some exclusive coatings? Once you have all your foundations set, marketing is a piece of cake. You don't even need to pay any ads to get high-paying 4-figure clients When you have your unique market and ideal clients nailed down, finding and reaching out to them is extremely easy Marketing becomes a breeze, after setting everything up you get clients on-demand with a click of a button on the backend of FB ads manager I've nailed everything and boiled it down my Uplevel Detailing program You can either figure this out yourself and it would probably take maybe 3-10 years? Or I can just give you the shortcut, skip all enpensive mistakes and get it all dialed-in in 6 weeks where you'll: - Define your unique market and your foundations - High-ticket sales to systematically close deals over the phone/in-person, where I give you my word for word sales script - Organic marketing methods to generate 4-figure detailing jobs entirely for free - My entire FB ads game plan which I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on ad spend and working with the top direct response marketers - Business operations to grow and scale to the 6-7 figure calibre with hiring and managing an all-star team, running your business like a well-oiled machine The actual running and growing the business side of detailing that no one really has talked about or even teach in this industry - especially in this new age of detailing where there's tons of competition and how to market yourself and not drown I'm currently in taking *only* a couple more students for October If you're serious about getting to the next level, shoot me a message and let's talk
