Not all leads are equal, can you tell the difference between a looky-lous lead and a hot lead who is ready to buy?

The looky-lous leads usually don't tell you a lot of information and don't take the enquiry seriously. And often very short like "how much"

Usually the looky-lous will tell you "I'll let you know" or "let me talk to my wife" after a 1-hour lengthy consultation for different options and usually very hard to close (not saying it's impossible, just harder work)

But however, the hot lead who is ready to buy will tell you detail about their car and asking what are the payment options 

Usually they will decide almost immediately and ready to get their cars done 

It makes a huge difference knowing how to identify them so you can structure your sales process to close them accordingly

You don't need to spend plenty of time trying to convince the hot leads when they're ready to buy as opposed to the looky-lous
