No they DON'T Explaining the painful details (no pun intended) in your niche language and jargon when you're on the phone/in-person will ONLY turn your potential clients off Truth is, your clients only come to you is to fix a problem or get the desired result They are NOT calling you to buy the process on how you do things... Find out what *exactly* their problem is, and WHY they are calling you to get their problem addressed Then EMPHASISE that problem and promise to deliver to fix that *specific* problem And you will close a seriously large amount of clients and at the desired price you charge One of my clients, he has a hologram on his black Jaguar on ONE particular panel and it's bothering him a lot - that was the ONE and the only reason why he called and got his car paint corrected at a price of $900 Another story of my consulting client Harry, he was unable to charge more than $300 for his detailing services - despite being an AMAZING detailer... The moment I took a look at how he prices his services and how he talks to potential clients on the phone I IMMEDIATELY know why He was selling per hour, pounds of flesh and processes and not a solution to the client! When I have him made the shift, he's able to close a $600 pre-sale detail doing less instead of busting his balls on a $250 full detail Go figure 😉🙌🏻
