You DON'T need more leads.

Here's why:

A lot of detailing business owners I talk to repeatedly telling me they need more leads or their marketing isn't generating phone calls and appointments 

They believe that more leads = solves everything in their detailing business

Well, on paper that perfect sense. But in reality, that's not the case at all

I used to run lead gen campaigns for detailers - and it generated 5-20 leads a day for them but they still complained it didn't increase their revenue and it's not bringing in more work

I scratched my head and thought there's something wrong on my end whether or not I'm sending them bad leads or my targeting was wrong etc

But those are the same quality of leads that drives my business 🤔

So I dug deeper and found out that their business was a mess to begin with.. 

1) They don't know who and how to identify their ideal client
2) They don't have the right pricing and back-end services
3) They don't know how to sell and close potential customers 
4) They don't pick up the phone 
5) They don't follow up 
6) They don't have a value-growth mindset 
7) They can't handle and deliver more than 2-3 high-ticket jobs in a week. Instead, they focus on delivering low-ticket jobs in volume and wonder why they are burnt out and not making much

To build a 6-figure detailing businesses, it starts from one and thing: getting your foundations rock-solid 

Ask yourself these questions: 
- Who are my ideal clients and how can I best serve them?
- Is my work worthy to get my ideal clients to book with me? (If not, work on your craft)
- How should I price my services? What makes me uniquely stand out from my competitors?
- What is my sales process from a complete stranger to a paying client? 

Running paid ads and lead gen campaign to a business with bad foundations will only scale losses 

Once you have your foundations solid, getting to 6-figures is pretty straight forward with organic and paid ads 👊
