 You're Losing Potential Clients!
Seriously, get on the phone Many detailers I've talked to they try to quote their prices over messages and they wonder why they get ghosted If you want to get yourself booked out, get on the phone If you want to get booked with your high-ticket services, get on the phone If you don't want to get price shopped, get on the phone If you want to bring more money in this week, get on the damn phone and start selling DO NOT sell with text, email or any other social media platforms Get them on the phone whenever they message you ASAP or better, get them to commit and come to you to have their car looked at Here's why Whenever you use email, text or any form of text communications with your potential clients, you don't have their full attention They are browsing on the internet, using social media, on TV etc and it's FULL of distractions The #1 thing they want when they enquire about your services, is to take away an option They want to sit and "think about it", which basically means they also want to look at other detailers and get a price there too You don't give them that option - Price should be the last thing to talk about Get on the phone, or in person. Then THOROUGHLY understand their situation Don't even try to sell without understanding what car, and what problems you're dealing with Prescribe a solution to that problem, and make sure they FULLY understand what they are getting and how you're going solve their problem And then close the sale and handle any objections come your way.
